The short version.

Plotted is a UK marketplace connecting homeowners with verified renovation builders. We provide indicative estimates, AI-assisted design ideas, and messaging tools. We do not carry out building work ourselves and are not a party to any contract between a homeowner and a builder.

Property values, build costs, materials ROI figures and AI-generated room scans / renders are for guidance only. They are not a professional valuation, a fixed quote, or a construction specification. Always get a written quote and, where applicable, a RICS valuation before making financial decisions.

You must be 18 or over and provide accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your login safe. We can suspend accounts that abuse the platform (fake reviews, harassment, misrepresentation).

Reviews are two-sided and blind: they only publish after both homeowner and builder have completed the job and submitted. Manipulating reviews (fake accounts, incentivised feedback) is grounds for removal.

Any payment for building work is between the homeowner and the builder directly. Plotted's monthly plan fees are the only amounts we take from builders. We take nothing from homeowners.

Plotted isn't liable for the quality, safety, timeliness or outcome of any work carried out by a builder found through the platform. Use verified reviews, the blind review system, and your own due diligence.

We'll post updates to these terms on this page. Continuing to use Plotted after an update means you accept the new version.
